- Go to yoursite.com/PF.Base/tools/log.php then put input your license id & keyLicense ID & License Key.
- Click on View Log to show the errors log on your site. Use the code you received in the error 500 page to search the error.
- Click on Download if you want to get the list of errors of your site.
After finding identifying the error information, please contact with your hosting to fix it or submit a ticket and we will help you investigate it.
