After making sure that your server is satified satisfies all requirements for phpFox Trial, You can follow steps in Installing phpFox to install with the trial package (instructions to get it here). The step to provide License Info will be bypassed.
After successful installation, you can check info about the trial version in Dashboad of Admincp. It will shows the version
