From phpFox version 4.5.3, if there are any fatal error happen on your site, the system will redirect to error 500 page.
In this page, admin can get the code and follow below steps to get detail information for the error.
- Go to yoursite.com/PF.Base/tools/log.php then put your license id & key.
- Click on View Log to show the errors log on your site. Use the code you received in the error 500 page to search the error.
- Click on Download if you want to get the list of errors of your site.
After finding the error information, please contact with your hosting to fix it or submit a ticket and we will help you investigate it.
