If a client has made a purchase for your product other than the means provided by our store you can manually import the client to a specific product in order for them to install it.
First, you need to log into our store with your developers account. Next, visit your product listings. Click on the product you wish to import your user.
Under INFO you will find Installs, click on that. You will then find an IMPORT link.
Required Fields
Our importer excepts a CSV file with 7 required comma separated columns.
- Clients License Key
- Clients Email
- Clients First Name
- Clients Last Name
- UNIX time stamp
- Price
- Method of Payment (e.g. PAYPAL)
