phpFox allow members on community to poke their friends to call their notice. When a user pokes his / her friend, this friend will get a notification

1 . Steps to poke a friend
- Go to a friend's profile
- Click on button "Poke"
- A notification will be sent to this friend to announce the new poke
- Could not poke a friend again if this friend has not poked back yet
2 . A poke can be shown on activity feed or not base on the configuration at AdminCP
