Step 1 - Initiate the mobile app building process
When you ready with your site and you want us to initiate mobile app building process for your site, after purchasing Mobile app license, you can log in to your Client Area and Submit a ticket on your request to us. We will research your requirements on the mobile app, and get back to you as soon as possible.
Step 2 - Prepare all the prerequisites
In this step, please assist us with 2 tasks.
1. Install requires APIs to your site.
2. Prepare
You need to open a ticket under account holding the phpFox Ultimate license.
You should prepare and send us all the required information and assets which we need during the app building process .
Once you finish and send us all these requirements, inform us so we can quickly proceed you to the next step.

Step 2 - Verify information and assets we received
In this stepAfter we received all required information and assets of the mobile app, we will take a little bit of time to verify the provided information and assets (The whole .
In general, the verification process usually takes about 1 business day to finish), but it depends and might take longer.
- We will inform you with any invalid info or asset, then you can provide us again valid pieces.
- If all the items are valid to our criteria, we will confirm and proceed you to with the next step.

3 - Build and test your mobile app
Our team will schedule and inform you about the detailed timeline. Normally, it takes about 2-4 business days to finish.
So please remind us if you haven't received any response from us after that period.
Step 1
After you purchased a mobile package from us, please follow this guide to provide us all the required information and assets we need during the app building process.
NOTE:
- Please send us only 1 version for each image in correct dimensions as mentioned in the article.
- Also please turn off all the 2-steps verification on the accounts OR consider to add us as developer on those accounts with all the permissions.
Step 2
After all the required information and assets are checked and meet all the standards, we will process on building the app for you.
This process usually takes 2-4 business days to finish. So please remind us if you have't received any response from us after that period.
Step 3
After we successfully built the app, we will provide you the APK file (For Android) and/or IPA file (For iOS) for testing.
Usually, we will provide APK file for Android version first, you should test this build on an Android device. If it meets all your requirements, we then will process on building iOS version. In case you need us to deliver iOS version first, please remind us on this point in step 2.
NOTE:
- You can test and report bugs/errors/problems on the app during this process. We will fix the reported issues and rebuild the app for you.

Step 4 - Providing build files for testing purpose
When your mobile apps are built and ready for you to review, they will be distributed to your Apple Developer account and Google Developer account.
You can test your iOS app via TestFlight and Android app via Google Play.
After installation, you can now start the app and begin your testing process.
Please go through all the features and functionality of the app, if you are confused or encounter any bugs/errors/problems, please report to us. We will help check to fix/resolve reported issues.

Step 5 - Resolving issues and rebuild the app (if needed)
After all the reported issues are recorded and confirmed, we will process on to fix and rebuild the app for you.
