In this article, we will provide you with a completed step-by-step guide on our mobile app building process.
Please carefully review and follow each steps to make sure we can properly build your app to the best quality.

Step 1 - Initiate the mobile app building process

When you ready with your site and you want us to initiate mobile app building process for your site, after purchasing Mobile app license, you can log in to your Client Area and Submit a ticket on your request to us. We will research your requirements on the mobile app, and get back to you as soon as possible.

Step 2 - Prepare all the prerequisites

In this step, please assist us with 2 tasks.

1. Install requires APIs to your site.

2. Prepare and send us all the required information and assets which we need during the app building process.

Once you finish and send us all these requirements, inform us so we can quickly proceed you to the next step.

Step 3 - Verify information and assets we received

In this step, we will take a little bit of time to verify the provided information and assets (The whole process usually takes about 1 day to finish).

We will inform you with any invalid info or asset, then you can provide us again valid pieces.

If all the items are valid to our criteria, we will proceed you to the next step.

Step 4 - App building process

The process usually takes 2-4 business days to finish.

So please remind us if you haven't received any response from us after that period. 

Step 5 - Providing build files for testing purpose

After we done to build the app, an APK file (For Android) and/or IPA file (For iOS) will be provided to you.

The files are distributed via Diawi/Install on Air/Apphost, so you can go to the app URL on your devices and install directly.

After installation, you can now start the app and begin the testing process.

Please go through all the features and functionality of the app, if you are confused or encounter any bugs/errors/problems, please report to us. We will explain or rebuild the app for you to fix/resolve reported issues.

Details on Resolving Issues

At this stage, below rules will be applied when fixing issues:

1. We will fix minor issues such as wrong logos/information, some issues of missing images, missing functionalities of some modules,  broken or weird app layout... We will examine this case by case and provide you with clear information on this.
2. Any issue that we check and confirm that is the issue on our mobile app (For instance the issues also appear in demo mobile app), we will consider and provide you support to resolve them. However, most likely we will fix them in the next releases of the mobile app.
3. To fix issues, our team will arrange a specific time period to resolve each issue. 

Step 6 - Resolving issues and rebuild the app

After all the reported issues are recorded and confirmed, we will process on to fix and rebuild the app for you.

Test the app carefully and report as many issues as you can at one time in previous step. Because we only help you to build the app 3 times. It means you have the first build from us to test for issues/problems, then you will have another 2 builds to fix the issues you reported. 

After we fixed and rebuilt, we will distribute the app to you, and you can test the app again just like on step 5.

Rebuild Charging Policy

In case after 3 builds and you still figure the issue on the app. You can request us to rebuild the app but now you will be charged for the build request.

Step 7 - App Publishing

During the app testing process, in case you wish to publish the app to the stores as soon as possible, you can request us to publish the current build of the app to the store at anytime.

We will assist you to create the build for you to publish on your Google and Apple Developer account.

Other required information, you need to fulfill yourself so you can publish your app to Stores.
